1. Warranty Coverage
- 30-Day Warranty: Apex Repairs offers a 30-day warranty on labor and parts for the services rendered. The warranty period begins from the date the service is completed.
- Scope of Coverage: This warranty covers the cost of labor and any parts that were installed during the repair process. Should the same issue recur within the warranty period, we will provide a free re-service.
- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:

- Damage caused by natural disasters or repairs not performed by Apex Repairs.
- Modifications or repairs made by another party after the original service.
- Customer negligence or improper usage, including failure to follow operating instructions or maintenance guidelines.

2. Service Call Fee (SCF)
- Non-Refundable: A Service Call Fee (SCF) is charged to cover the cost of travel and diagnostic services. This fee is non-refundable regardless of whether the repair is accepted or not.
- Amount: The Service Call Fee (SCF) is $100, and will be disclosed and confirmed at the time of service booking.
- Credit Toward Repair: If you agree to proceed with the repair after the diagnostic evaluation, the SCF charge will be applied toward the total cost of the repair.
3. Repair Agreement
- Authorization: You must authorize the repair service before any work can be started. Upon agreeing to the repair estimate, the SCF will be applied toward the final repair cost.
- Pricing: All pricing will be communicated upfront and agreed upon before work begins. Any additional costs arising during the repair process will be communicated and approved by you before proceeding.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Access and Information: You are responsible for providing safe access to the equipment or area to be repaired and for providing accurate information regarding the nature of the issue.
- Payment: All fees and charges are due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. Payment terms will be outlined and agreed upon before service begins.
5. Exceptional Customer Service Guarantee
- Commitment to Quality: Apex Repairs is committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Our technicians are trained to ensure that repairs are completed to the highest standards, and that your concerns are addressed in a professional, timely, and courteous manner.
- Customer Satisfaction: If you are not fully satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within the warranty period, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Limitation: Apex Repairs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise as a result of repairs or the failure of parts beyond our control. Our total liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided.
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule your service appointment at least 24 hours in advance without incurring any additional charges.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation fee.
8. Changes to Terms & Conditions
- Apex Repairs reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you before they become effective.
9. Governing Law
- This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas,USA.
